The secret is to cycle between endurance and strength
training.
How it Works
Phase one focuses on establishing a base level of muscular
strength and endurance. The choreography stays the same except
for some minor changes in variety of workloads and training
techniques to focus on greater strength improvements.
Phase two works on building strength by increasing
the amount of weight utilized.
Phase three brings together cardiovascular endurance
and strength to improve power.
