This class concentrates on those hard to tone areas. |
Pilates (60 Minutes) |
A unique system of stretch and
strengthening exercises incorporating balance by working from the core to
develop flexibility by initiating exercises from the abdominal, lower back,
hips and buttocks. |

All fitness levels are welcome to all classes.
When taking your first class, arrive early: and inform the instructor.
Instructors will demonstrate modifications. You are encouraged to go
at your own pace and modify whenever necessary. |
