DESCRIPTION |

Cardio
Kickboxing (60 Minutes) |
This class will teach you how to kick and punch
effectively while still getting an awesome cardio workout! |
Reebok Rep (60 Minutes) |
Rep Reebok is a group strength-training system that
progresses through fitness-specific moves using dumbbells and a step
platform. Rep Reebok individualizes each routine setting specific goals for
each session. It will give you the hard body you've been wanting—what you do
with it is up to you. |
Step (60 Minutes) |
A low impact, cardiovascular workout utilizing a Step.
This class consists of stepping up and down on platform in a variety of
creative patterns. |

Yoga (60 Minutes) |
Hatha Yoga is taught focusing on developing flexibility,
strength, balance and relaxation. |
T.A.G. (45 Minutes) |
Thighs, Abdominals, and Glutes! This class concentrates
on those hard to tone areas. |

|
All fitness levels are welcome to all classes.
When taking your first class, arrive early: and inform the instructor.
Instructors will demonstrate modifications. You are encouraged to go
at your own pace and modify whenever necessary. |
