Why should I work out?

It's a good question. Why should you spend 30 minutes, 2 - 3 times a week? Besides the physical, mental and health benefits, we don't know!

Let's review. Physically, you'll feel better, become energized and look great. Health wise, exercise increases the blood circulation through the body reducing the risk of a stroke. Exercise increases your metabolism and strengthens your heart muscle lowering your cholesterol and reducing the risk of a heart attack. Exercise increases your flexibility and joint mobility reducing arthritis and deters osteoporosis. Mentally, exercise builds confidence, reduces stress and mental fatigue. Did we mention that the time you spend in the gym is your time?

I'm new to the fitness scene. How am I supposed to know what to do?
