The Complete Workout In Just 30 Minutes

You'll perform 8 to 10 exercises with a minimum rest period between each exercise. Once you've completed all the exercises, you've completed one circuit. The amount of circuits you wish to do is up to you. The 8 - 10 exercises you do will cover every major body part, thus giving you a complete body workout.

Circuit training is great for beginners because it allows you to build complete body strength and cardiovascular endurance.

It is also great for experienced athletes who have reached a plateau and need a change to re-invigorate their workout and spur muscle growth and build endurance.
